Indianapolis held on for a 79–75 win over Omaha in a physical, defense-first contest that came down to the final two minutes.
It wasn't pretty, but Indianapolis got the job done. The Iron defeated the Omaha Thunder 79–75 in a grinding, physical game that showcased both teams' defensive identities. Trevon Miles led Indianapolis with 21 points and 7 assists, while Elijah Cross added 14 points and 10 rebounds. Omaha's Kendrick Shaw kept the Thunder in it with 19 points, but a late turnover sealed the game for the Iron. 'We knew it was going to be a fight,' said coach Robert Hayes. 'Our guys competed for 40 minutes and that's all you can ask.'
